How it Works

Step 1

Have a good nosey through the website, once you’ve picked your pieces simply contact me by completing the online booking form or alternatively get in touch directly by phone or email so I can answer any questions and check to confirm both dates and stock availability.

Please consider booking for an additional day if you are wishing to set up and dress our furniture, we can deliver the day before if you need it.

I offer a bespoke dressing service and would love to help, so at this time and if you wish, I would be more than happy to provide you with any advice or suggestions that may suit your event. I’m happy to dress and set up furniture on the day or in advance, however there will be an additional cost, just another option for you.

I can then provide you with a quote for the full cost including delivery.

Step 2

Please note that delivery is free for orders above £200.00 within a 10 mile radius of Braintree, Essex. Delivery charges apply for orders below £200.00 or that are of a greater distance, however, self-collect and drop off is an option so can be discussed and arranged accordingly.

As soon as you’re happy with the order I’ll confirm the dates and get you booked in. A 20% of the overall hire cost or £200.00 Security deposit whichever is the highest is required to secure your order.

We will then be in touch 4 weeks prior to your event to iron out any additional details, delivery times & any outstanding payments. For last minute orders, no problem, we just need to check stock availability.

You’ll be issued two separate invoices, one of which will be for the security deposit, 20% of the total hire cost or £200.00 whichever is the highest and the second will be for the remaining hire cost of which you will need to pay 4 weeks in advance of your confirmed booking date.

The security deposit will be refunded once the balance of the hire cost has been paid in full and all hired items are returned and checked for damages.

Step 3

4 weeks in advance of your event I will be in touch to finalise any last minute details notably, delivery specifics such as preferred times and any outstanding payments.

Step 4

Exciting times, its Event day! Your order will be delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery timeframe and following the event, I will be back for collection.

Once I’ve given the items a quick check over, your initial security deposit will then be returned back to you.
